Fascination A&R department that failed to go ahead with the release of "Girl Overboard" as a single, have this time relegated the potential of another gem "Memory Of You" to "B" side status over a much weaker track "Revolution In The Head", which actually made it onto the album.
"Memory of You" was on the "B" side of the 7" limited edition vinyl picture disc of "The Loving Kind", that was only available through the band's website, it was the commercially available CD single that contained the "Girls on 45 Vol.2 Megamix".

There are rumours "Memory Of You" was hanging around the xenomania "vaults" for sometime and that it had to have a limited release if it was going to come out at all, as (apart from verse 3 sung by Nicola at 1.44) it solely features Kimberly on vocals.

It has now been confirmed that "Memory of You" will be available on CD for the first time as part of the "Girls Aloud Singles Box Set" £45.00, available in a strictly limited quantity of 5000 available exclusively through the groups website.
Despite the price (& the fact it contains a bonus disc), the box-set WILL NOT contain "I'm Every Woman", "Hopelessly Devoted To You", "Apologise (From Jo Wiley's Live Lounge)", "Theme from St Trinian's" or "Wicked Game".
Ask yourself . . .
If artists as diverse as Lily Allen & Taylor Swift can have top 10 UK hits with country inspired songs ("Not Fair" & "Love Story"), then why couldn't fascination have payed attention to this trend & released "Love Is The Key" as a single over "Untouchable" instead of relying on the result of some random fan poll?
